I take photos on days like these because I know these are the days I will want to remember. Right now it feels like it was just another day I got to spend with some of my favourite people but with time it will mean so much more. In a point in my life where my mental state is all over the place, I feel stressed and lonely this day was a bright light. A chance to remember that the people who make you smile and laugh and treat you with respect are the ones that will be with you forever. Being in a place as peaceful as St Andrews helps you think and put a lot of things into perspective. Go to places that make you happy, spend time with people that deserve your time and energy and always wear a scarf when you go to a beach in winter because it's fucking freezing.
Bit deep for a Tuesday night but it's been a long couple of months. I want this new year to bring only joy to people I love and more days like these.
